NociSoft’s primary service is the NCReport software system support and maintenance. With NCReport Developer Licenses our customers get 1 year technical support and product update. The service is renewable year by year. The support service contains the followings:

  • Bugfix priority if found a new bug.
  • Predecence in new feature requests
  • Report creating tips & tricks
